CSA Certified Control Panel Design and Construction

Our 6000sq.ft Manufacturing plant in Miramichi New Brunswick is CSA certified to produce PLC, Motor Control, and Junction Panels.  We have been producing quality control panels since 2001 and have built panels for Customers world wide.  Our Panel Shop personnel are trained and experienced in control panel design, and have manufacturer training for Programmable logic controllers, Variable Frequency Drives, Reduced Voltage Soft Starters, and Human Machine Interface systems.

Automation and Integration

Our Technicians have extensive experience and training in industrial and municipal automation systems.  Our vast array of Automation projects range from simple pumping system controllers to large multi-CPU systems controlling entire plants.  We specialize in Turnkey systems, which include a process controller, an industrial wired or wireless network, and a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System.  All aspects of the project are managed, including Panel Design and production, Process narrative, Factory Acceptance Testing, Installation and Commissioning.

Machine Vision

Industrial Machine vision is a fast growing market.  By strategic placement of machine vision appliances our customers are able to experience increased production, and quality, and decreased waste.  We have been installing vision systems since the inception of Shadcomm in 1996, and it has always remained a very integral part of our business.  We have been increasingly including Machine vision as a part of the total integration system, and integrating it with the industrial control system.  New machine vision appliances integrate industrial networking protocols allowing them to be more easily tied to the PLC’s and SCADA systems.
